Buzz Biz is committed to delivering your custom-made decor with care. Because our products are personalized and manufactured only after an order is generated, our shipping timelines differ from standard "off-the-shelf" products.
Production Lead Time
- Every product at Buzz Biz is designed and manufactured specifically for you.
- Please allow 12–15 business days for the design, laser-cutting, finishing, and quality-check process.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is handed over to our courier partner.
Shipping Areas & Charges
- Territory: We currently ship exclusively within India.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the distance, dimensions and weight of the items.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1999.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location (Metro vs. Non-Metro cities). Buzz Biz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen weather conditions.
