When customers ask, "Why does it take 12–15 days to ship my custom clock?" the answer lies in our founders' obsession with precision engineering.

At Buzz Biz, we bridge the gap between advanced technology and heartfelt design. We are Crafting Emotions into Decor, and that is not a random tagline—it is our engineering process. Here is what happens after you upload your pet’s photo:

• The "Soul-Stare" Vector Design: Our design team, led by a founder with over two decades of experience in technical precision, doesn't just trace your photo. We perform a manual analysis to ensure we capture the specific "gaze" that defines your pet's personality, while also ensuring the design has the structural integrity to hold together as a physical clock.
• Precision 3D Laser-Cutting: We don’t just print shapes. Using state-of-the-art CNC technology, we carve your design into premium materials like 16-inch industrial steel or ACP. This creates a bold, 3D effect that changes with the light, adding depth and sophistication that a simple print cannot match.
• Hand-Finished & Silent Tested: Every single Buzz Biz clock is hand-finished to remove sharp edges and is then subjected to a 24-hour test. We ensure the premium "Silent Sweep" Quartz movement is flawless before it receives Buzz’s final wag of approval.

We don't believe in rushed work. We believe in crafting a timeless tribute that will be the centerpiece of your home for decades. Quality is not a guess; it is engineered.
